On Sunday, April 21st our "Blues in the Libraries" children's blues book donation program was recognized at the Capital Region Thomas Edison Music Awards & Capital Records Live event at Proctor's Theater. Joining me (Richard) to accept the award were fellow board members Margo Berch Singer and Eric Kreplin. Unable to attend were Jeremy Walz (who was holding down the fort at the McGeary's Irish Pub jam) and Valerie Medeiros who instigated the program.
