Blues Band Showdown

 

The Blues Band Showdown pits 4 local blues bands against each other for a chance to win a prize package worth more than $1500 and the right to compete in the Blues Foundation’s International Blues Challenge in Memphis.

Contestants Joe Lowry & the 2nd Mile Blues Band, Holly & Evan, Ed Wool and The BeBaBlues Band, and Collette & the Mudcats will be playing for keeps and $500 in cash, paid gigs at Pauly’s Hotel and at the Fridays at the Lake concert series in Lake George, and professional guitar setups from Kokotele Guitar Works.

The winner will be chosen by combining the judges’ scores with audience vote, so be sure to cast your ballot for your favorite act of the night!
